If you are shipping within London, we can arrange same-day delivery or pick-up for local businesses; please contact us for details. Orders elsewhere in the UK are shipped the next working day, using various shipping providers depending on location. For UK orders, we typically use Royal Mail tracked services, while international shipments are handled by DHL or FedEx. Shipping costs depend on order quantity and location, and please be aware of potential customs charges based on your location.

Returns

We accept returns under the Consumer Acts Right 2015, allowing returns on items if they are not fit for purpose i.e. if an item has defects and is damaged in transit.  However, we can assure our buyers that all of our items are inspected before packaging and delivery. Additionally, unlike other wholesaler outlets and label stores, our items are brand new. We also provide a 100% money-back guarantee in the unlikely event an item goes missing. Items that are collected will not qualify for a refund as when taking will be inspected by the client.

UK Returns

Please fill out a customer support ticket on our website to let our team know you’d like to return your item/s and specify the reason why. You can do that at the bottom of the page.

Our team will provide you with the information you’ll need in order to register your return online and then provide you with our returns address so you can send the item/s back to us using a tracked delivery service. (Please include your original packaging.)

Once the item arrives back at our fulfilment centre, our team will inspect it and see if the product is in a sellable condition. If so, we will arrange a refund for the card used to process the original order.

If we find the item to not be in a sellable condition, we will contact you and arrange redelivery for you. The customer will be liable for this postage charge.

International Returns

Please fill out a customer support ticket below to let our team know you’d like to return your item/s and specify the reason why.

Our team will then provide you with our returns address so you can send the item/s back to us using a tracked delivery service. (Please include your original packaging.)

Once the item arrives back at our fulfilment centre, our team will inspect it and see if the product is in a sellable condition. If so, we will arrange a refund for the card used to process the original order.

    1. Please note you may be requested to provide proof of purchase when requesting a refund.
    2. Please allow up to 5 working days from when the items arrive back at our fulfilment centre for the payment to be processed.
